Kingsville

Kingsville is situated on Avenida Olimpica, Taipa. There are 3 towers facing either the Taipa Grande hill and hiking trails or over the Old Taipa Village towards the Cotai Strip.

The location of Kingsville is one of the most convenient in Taipa, being right opposite to the entrance of the Old Taipa Village and within a 20 minute walk to the Cotai Strip.  Public transportation is easy as there’s a bus stop right at the front door with buses going to the Macau Peninsula and different parts of Taipa. The Macau International Airport is 10 minute drive away.

Being on the edge of the Old Taipa village, a myriad of local restaurants, bars and coffee shops are within a few minutes’ walk.  Walking in the other direction to central Taipa there supermarkets, banks, post office and health clinics.

Kingsville consists of 3 towers.  Two of the towers face South with great views towards the ‘Cotai Strip’, whilst the 3rd tower looks East towards the Macau Airport.  The property offers  3 and 4 bedroom apartments with balconies ranging from  1,422 sq ft to 2,794 sq ft, among which 10 are duplexes.

Building facilities include 24 hour security, a swimming pool, gym and children’s play area.  Car parking spaces are available at an additional month rent.  The apartments feature dark wooden floors, small fitted kitchens with ovens as standard.

Drawbacks:  The complex is older and not as well maintained as some of the newer better managed residences.  Finding apartments in good clean and modern condition can be a challenge.
